Super ATV’s Polaris General Complete Differential is the only aftermarket Polaris differential available, and it’s built to be a true upgrade - not just a replacement.
If your stock diff failed, going back to OEM doesn’t make much sense. This complete front differential delivers the same smooth performance and on-demand locking you expect from your General, but with the built-for-battle strength Super ATV is known for. It comes fully assembled and ready to install, with a heavy-duty cast or billet aluminum case, thicker gears, upgraded bushings, seals, hubs, wiring, and a 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum Sprague carrier for maximum durability. The result is a differential that can handle repeated hard lock engagements without failing.
To ensure smooth operation and long life, Super ATV uses precision hob-cut ring and pinion gears for quieter performance and improved durability. The case is reinforced with helical inserts and extra material at the mounting points to prevent bolt failure and flex, while a thicker pinion gear tube handles heavy torque and impacts. A bolt-on pinion bearing cap makes servicing easier, and riders can choose between a stronger-than-OEM cast housing or an ultra-strong billet aluminum upgrade.
For less than the cost of an OEM replacement, you get a bolt-on differential designed to ride harder, haul more, and keep four-wheel drive engaged without worry.
