This complete, ready-to-install differential delivers the same smooth power transfer and on-demand locking you expect from your RZR, but with upgraded strength and durability. Unlike OEM options, this differential comes fully assembled with a heavy-duty cast or billet aluminum case, thicker gears, upgraded bushings, seals, hubs, Sprague, armature, and wiring. Critical components prone to failure have been strengthened, including a 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum Sprague carrier and precision hobbed ring and pinion gears for quiet, smooth operation. Stronger mounting points with helical inserts prevent bolt pull-out, while a thicker pinion tube and bolt-on bearing cap improve durability and serviceability.
For riders who push hard, upgrading to the billet aluminum case offers maximum strength and performance. The result is a preassembled, bolt-on differential that outperforms OEM - at a lower price - so you can ride harder with total confidence.
