Super ATV’s Heavy-Duty Transmission for the Polaris General 1000 is built for riders who push their machines hard.
It features upgraded internals and a reinforced case to deliver smoother performance, stronger power transfer, and far better reliability than stock. Perfectly matched gears, stronger materials, and the option to remove turf mode help eliminate slipping and common transmission failures, making it ideal for rough terrain and aggressive riding.
This transmission includes a double reverse chain for nearly twice the strength, upgraded alloy steel gears, a stronger output shaft, and a thicker pinion bearing retainer to keep everything aligned under load. The reinforced transmission case adds strength and cooling where it matters most.
Riders can also choose from multiple gear reduction options to increase torque for larger tires, added weight, mud riding, or quicker acceleration.
