Super ATV’s Heavy-Duty Front Differential Gear Case for the Polaris General and General 4-seater is designed, engineered, and built in-house for maximum strength and easy installation.
Made from 6061 aluminum and available in cast or billet, it features steel helical inserts at the mounting points for added durability. The housing comes with the magnet, wiring, seals, and bushings preinstalled, saving you time and preventing damage during install. A bolt-on cap replaces the OEM snap ring to retain the pinion bearing, making future service easier. While internal gears are not included, your stock differential internals drop right in, getting you back on the trail fast.
For riders who push their machines hard, this gear case is built to handle serious abuse. The billet aluminum option is thicker, denser, and 57% stronger than stock, making it ideal for larger tires, lift kits, and heavy-duty driveline components.
