Super ATV’s Ace Complete Differential is the only aftermarket Polaris differential available, and it’s built to outperform the OEM option.
Instead of simply replacing stock parts, Super ATV took Polaris’ proven design and made it stronger, tougher, and more reliable. This complete, preassembled differential delivers smooth power to the front wheels and locks on demand, giving you the performance you expect with durability that can handle aggressive riding. With thicker gears, a heavy-duty aluminum case, precision-cut ring and pinion gears, and a 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum Sprague carrier, this differential is designed to withstand repeated hard engagements without failure.
Super ATV also reinforced the mounting system with helical inserts, added material for increased strength, and thickened the pinion gear tube to handle extreme torque and impacts. The bolt-on pinion bearing cap makes servicing easier, and for riders who push their machines to the limit, an optional billet aluminum case offers even more strength and durability.
The result is a bolt-on, ready-to-install upgrade that’s stronger than stock, easier to service, and costs less than OEM - so you can ride harder, jump bigger, and stop worrying about breaking your differential.
