Instead of reinstalling another stock diff, Super ATV took Polaris’ proven design and made it stronger where it counts. This complete front differential delivers smooth power to your wheels and locks on demand, just like stock - but with the heavy-duty durability Super ATV is known for. Fully assembled and ready to install, it features a reinforced cast or billet aluminum housing, thicker gears, upgraded bushings, seals, hubs, wiring, and a 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum Sprague carrier built to handle repeated hard lock engagements without failure.
Precision hob-cut ring and pinion gears ensure quiet, smooth operation and long gear life, while reinforced mounting points with steel helical inserts prevent bolts from pulling out over time. The single-block mounting design, thicker pinion gear tube, and bolt-on pinion bearing cap add even more strength and make servicing easier. For riders who push their Rangers hard, the optional billet aluminum housing offers maximum durability and performance.
For less than the cost of an OEM replacement, you get a bolt-on differential built to ride harder, last longer, and inspire total confidence on the trail.
