Wheel Requirements:

18” or larger wheel REQUIRED

18” wheels CANNOT exceed 4-1/2” backspacing

20” and larger wheels CANNOT exceed 5” backspacing

Wheels NEED to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or REQUIRE a 1” wheel spacer

Super ATV’s GDP 6” Portal Gear Lift for the Honda Talon 1000R offers customizable performance with your choice of 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reduction, cast or billet aluminum housings, and the option for dual idler gears for maximum strength.

The dual idler system uses precision-ground 9310 steel gears to spread torque load and ensure unmatched reliability.

Whether you want more torque for trail riding or massive power for mud and big tires, there’s a gear setup to fit your riding style. With the gear reduction in the hub, GDP portals reduce strain on your drivetrain, extending the life of your axles, transmission, and differential.

Built for durability, these portals feature reinforced housings, 5/16” advanced steel backing plates, and are sealed with Thermo-Tork gaskets, double-lipped seals, and high-end bearings to prevent leaks and wear.

Super ATV also recommends a frame stiffener to support your UTV’s chassis under extreme riding conditions.
