- Wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1” wheel spacer
Super ATV’s 8" GDP Portal Gear Lift for the 68" Honda Talon is built for extreme riding, giving you massive ground clearance along with a choice of 45% or 60% gear reduction.
The added lift lets you run much larger tires, while the gear reduction delivers the extra torque needed to turn them. The 45% reduction is ideal for aggressive mud riding, while the 60% option provides even more low-end power for extreme terrain and oversized tires. Because the reduction happens at the hubs instead of the transmission, it also helps reduce stress on your axles, differential, prop shafts, and transmission.
Built for serious abuse, GDP portals use precision-ground 9310 alloy steel gears, reinforced cast or billet aluminum housings, 5/16" heavy-duty backing plates, advanced gaskets and seals, and high-strength bearings designed to handle extreme torque and impacts. Universal hubs and slotted stainless-steel rotors provide strong braking performance and support several popular UTV bolt patterns.
A frame stiffener is required with the 8" portals to help reinforce your Talon’s frame and handle the increased demands of extreme portal-equipped riding.

- All required hardware, including recessed castle nut socket
