Super ATV’s 8” GDP Portal Gear Lift for the 68” Honda Talon 1000R delivers massive ground clearance and your choice of a 45% or 60% gear reduction - perfect for running huge tires and tackling extreme terrain, especially deep mud.

With gear reduction in the hub (not the transmission), it reduces stress on your drivetrain while boosting torque and acceleration. The portals use 9310 alloy steel precision-ground gears, ultra-strong cast or billet aluminum housings, 5/16” steel alloy backing plates, and advanced sealing technology to ensure durability and performance.

Double-angular contact bearings handle heavy loads, while universal hubs and slotted rotors provide reliable braking and wheel compatibility.

A required frame stiffener ensures your machine stays solid under pressure.

Kit Includes:

(4) Assembled portal hub boxes complete with 9310 gears, seals, output shaft, Thermo-Tork gaskets, and thrust bearings

(4) Universal hubs and precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors with lugs

(4) Specialized steel alloy backing plates

(2) Heavy-duty lower ball joints preinstalled

(2) Rear bearing carriers

(4) Steel caliper mounting plates

(8) Caliper mounting plate spacers

All required hardware, including recessed castle nut socket
