Super ATV’s GDP 8” Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo gives you massive lift and powerful gear reduction in one package.
You can choose from 45%, 60%, or an extreme 70% gear reduction, with the 70% option available with dual idler gears for maximum strength and torque. These portals let you run huge tires while delivering the torque needed to spin them with ease - making them ideal for deep mud and aggressive riding. The dual idler setup uses two precision-matched 9310 steel alloy gears to spread the load and provide stronger, more reliable power transfer.
Because the gear reduction happens in the hub, it reduces stress on your drivetrain components like axles, differentials, and the transmission, helping them last longer. The system features reinforced cast or 6061 billet aluminum housings, heavy-duty 5/16” alloy steel backing plates, advanced gaskets and seals to prevent leaks, and premium bearings for durability.
A frame stiffener is required to support the added lift and large tires, ensuring your UTV’s frame can handle the extra strain. Overall, these 8” GDP portals are built for riders who want maximum clearance, torque, and mud-dominating performance.
