Wheel Requirements:
- 14” or larger wheel required
- 14” & 15” wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2” backspacing
- 16” and larger wheels cannot exceed 5” backspacing
- If using factory 14” wheels, you must run 2” wheel spacers
- Not compatible with dual beadlock wheels
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1” wheel spacer
Super ATV’s GDP 4” Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo gives you added ground clearance and customizable gear reduction to match your riding style.
You can choose between a 15% reduction for faster, more aggressive trail and dune riding, or a 30% reduction for more torque to handle bigger tires and tougher terrain. For maximum durability, you can upgrade to dual idler gears, which use two precision-ground 9310 steel alloy gears to spread the load and deliver stronger, more reliable power transfer.
Because the gear reduction happens in the hub, it reduces stress on key drivetrain parts like axles, differentials, prop shafts, and the transmission - so you can ride harder with less wear and tear. These portals are built with thick cast or billet aluminum housings, heavy-duty 5/16” alloy steel backing plates, advanced gaskets and seals to prevent leaks, and premium bearings for long-lasting performance.
For added protection with bigger tires and more lift, a frame stiffener is recommended to reinforce your RZR’s frame. Overall, GDP 4” portals deliver versatile performance, strength, and reliability for any terrain.
