Wheel Requirements:
- 18” or larger wheel required
- 18” wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2” backspacing 
- 20” and larger wheels cannot exceed 5” backspacing
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1” wheel spacer
Super ATV’s GDP 6” Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo is built to unlock more clearance, bigger tires, and serious torque.
You can choose from 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reductions depending on your riding style, plus pick between single or dual idler gears. A 30% reduction is great for faster trail and dune riding with added torque, 45% helps you tackle rougher terrain with larger tires, and 60% is ideal for extreme mud builds. The optional dual idler setup uses two precision-ground 9310 steel alloy gears to spread out the load, delivering maximum strength and reliable power transfer.
Because the gear reduction happens in the hub, these portals reduce strain on key drivetrain parts like axles, differentials, and the transmission - resulting in smoother performance and longer-lasting components. They’re built with thick cast or billet aluminum housings, heavy-duty alloy steel backing plates, premium gaskets and seals to prevent leaks, and high-quality bearings for durability.
For added protection with big lifts and tires, a frame stiffener is recommended to keep your RZR’s frame strong. Overall, GDP portals are designed for riders who want maximum performance, strength, and reliability on any terrain.
