Super ATV’s GDP 8” Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR RS1 is built for riders who want maximum clearance and torque.
This setup combines an 8” lift with a 45% gear reduction right in the hub, letting you run massive tires while maintaining proper suspension geometry and reducing stress on your drivetrain. With huge torque and optional billet aluminum housings, your RS1 becomes a serious single-seat machine that’s ready to go anywhere and dominate tough terrain.
These portals are perfect for both mud and rocks. In deep mud, the added clearance and gear reduction let you spin monster tires like they’re stock, turning your RS1 into an unstoppable mud machine. On the rocks, that same torque makes crawling over ledges and boulders feel effortless, while the extra height keeps your skid plate off the ground. Precision-ground 9310 billet steel gears ensure smooth, quiet operation and extreme durability, and billet housings offer added strength and a clean, aggressive look.
For hard riding with big tires, a frame stiffener is strongly recommended to keep your chassis solid and worry-free.
