Wheel Requirements:
- 14” or larger wheel required
- 14” & 15” wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2” backspacing 
- 16” and larger wheels cannot exceed 5” backspacing
- If using the factory 14" wheels, you must run 2" wheel spacers
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1” wheel spacer
- Not compatible with dual beadlock wheels
Super ATV’s GDP 4” Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR RS1 is built to match any riding style. With your choice of 15% or 30% gear reductions and either cast or billet housings, you can dial in your machine for exactly how you ride.
Go with 30% reduction for mud and rocks to get massive torque for turning big tires, crawling over boulders, and charging through deep holes. Prefer fast trail riding? The 15% reduction keeps your top speed high while still adding ground clearance and extra punch when you need it.
No matter how you ride, these portals are built to last. They use precision-ground gears made from ultra-strong 9310 steel alloy for smooth, quiet performance and serious durability. The housings—available in cast aluminum or CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum - are reinforced in all the right places and designed for proper oil flow and gear strength, with no gimmicks or vents.
Advanced gaskets and seals provide full oil coverage to prevent leaks, so you can ride hard with confidence every time.
