Featuring a 45% Dual Idler Gear Reduction, this system is ideal for machines running 40" tires or larger, providing smoother power transfer while reducing stress on belts, axles, differentials, and driveshafts. The lower gear ratio also improves engine braking, helping extend brake life and increase control on steep terrain.
Constructed with forged aluminum gear boxes, heavy-duty backing plates, Kevlar® gaskets, advanced sealing, precision-ground stainless steel rotors, and CNC-machined alloy steel gears, this portal system is engineered for superior strength, durability, and long-lasting performance in the toughest riding conditions.
