The High Lifter Portal Gear Lift is designed to deliver increased ground clearance, more torque, and improved drivetrain reliability for demanding off-road conditions.
Available with 30% Dual Idler Gear Reduction, the dual idler design distributes the load across twice as many gear teeth, reducing stress while providing smoother, more reliable power transfer. The lower gear ratio also improves engine braking, helping extend brake life and reduce wear on belts, axles, differentials, and driveshafts.
Built for strength and durability, this portal system features forged aluminum gear boxes, heavy-duty steel backing plates, premium Kevlar® gaskets, advanced sealing, precision-ground stainless steel rotors, and CNC-machined alloy steel gears. Every component is engineered for long-lasting performance and dependable operation in the toughest terrain.
