Transform your Polaris Xpedition into an even more capable off-road machine with the High Lifter 4" Dual Idler Portal Gear Lift. Designed for riders who demand maximum durability, increased ground clearance, and reliable performance in mud, rocks, and extreme terrain, this heavy-duty portal system is built to eliminate weak points and handle serious abuse.

High Lifter engineers every portal gear lift using forged aluminum gear boxes for exceptional strength and long-term durability. Unlike cast or billet housings, the forging process aligns the aluminum grain structure with the shape of the housing, significantly improving resistance to impacts, fatigue, cracking, and high torque loads. The result is a stronger gearbox built to survive harsh riding conditions and deliver years of dependable performance.

Inside the portals, CNC-machined heat-treated steel gears provide precise engagement and superior strength. The dual idler gear setup spreads the load across more gear teeth, reducing stress on individual gears by up to 50% while improving torque transfer and minimizing wear over time.

These 4-inch portals increase ground clearance directly at the hubs without altering factory suspension geometry. The integrated gear reduction also helps reduce stress on axles, differentials, and drivetrain components when running oversized tires or heavy accessories. Improved engine braking performance further enhances control while reducing brake wear during steep descents and technical terrain.

High Lifter also focuses heavily on long-term reliability with high-density Kevlar fiber gaskets, dual-sealed output shafts, and triple-sealed input protection featuring an integrated wiper seal to help keep water, mud, and debris out of critical internal components. Reinforced 5/16-inch steel backing plates with bent flanges and welded gussets add even more strength for demanding off-road conditions.

Whether your Xpedition is built for mud riding, overlanding, rock crawling, or extreme trail use, High Lifter Portal Gear Lifts provide the clearance, torque, and durability needed to take your machine further.
