The EVP BRV Kit features a body, cap, and piston precision CNC-machined from billet aluminum with manufacturing tolerances as tight as 0.0003 inches. Hard-anodized and coated sliding components provide long-lasting durability, while three sealing O-rings help prevent boost leaks compared to the factory design. Each kit uses spring rates specifically matched to the vehicle and engine for consistent operation and optimized performance.

EVP BRV Kit:
- Prevents turbo compressor surge, which causes lost performance and decreased throttle response
- Redirects excess air back into the intake system when the throttle plate is closed
- Plug-and-play resistor included that connects directly to the factory BRV harness, preventing a check engine light
- Protects the longevity of the turbocharger
- The body, piston and cap are machined from billet aluminum and tested to 500+ horsepower
- The cap is anodized and re-machined for easy gripping for spring tension adjustments
- The piston and body are hard coated with impregnated Teflon anti friction matrix
- The design has 3 sealing O-rings for leak proof operation
- Does not have the "pshh" sound that some customers look to avoid
