NOTE: Please check the bolt size of the hardware that fastens the Radius Arms to the brace plate (see image). Select the socket size that corresponds to your OEM size. Polaris made a change in the mid-year in 2017 that has caused some confusion with fitment.
Wheel Requirements:
- 18” or larger wheel required
- 18” wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2” backspacing 
- 20” and larger wheels cannot exceed 5” backspacing
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1” wheel spacer
Super ATV’s GDP 6” Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR XP 1000 gives you a 6-inch lift plus hub-mounted gear reduction, so you can run bigger tires and get the torque to turn them.
You can customize your setup with cast or billet aluminum housings and choose from 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reductions. A 30% reduction is great for faster trail riding with added torque, 45% is ideal for bigger tires and rock crawling, and 60% is built for extreme mud performance. You can also upgrade to Dual Idler gears, which use two perfectly matched idler gears to spread the load across more surface area for stronger, more reliable torque transfer.
Because the gear reduction happens in the hub instead of the transmission, these portals reduce strain on your drivetrain components like axles and differentials, helping them last longer. The system is built with precision-ground 9310 steel alloy gears, reinforced housings, advanced gaskets and seals to prevent leaks, and heavy-duty bearings for long-lasting performance.
For added durability, a frame stiffener is recommended to handle the extra lift and tire size. With strong materials, smart engineering, and dedicated customer support, GDP portals are designed to deliver serious performance for any riding style.
