Super ATV 2014-2023 Polaris RZR XP 1000 8" Portal Gear Lift

Wheel Requirements:

  • 22" or larger wheel required
  • Wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
  • Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1” wheel spacer

The 8” GDP Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR XP 1000 is built for riders who want massive lift, huge tires, and extreme torque.

With room for up to 40” tires and gear reduction options of 45%, 60%, or 70%, this setup is made for serious mud performance. For maximum strength, you can pair the 70% reduction with dual idler gears, which use two precision-ground 9310 steel alloy gears to spread the load and deliver stronger, more reliable torque transfer. The result is a machine that sits higher, pulls harder, and powers through deep mud with ease.

Because the gear reduction happens in the hub, it reduces stress on your drivetrain components like axles, differentials, and the transmission - helping them last longer. The portals feature reinforced cast or 6061 billet aluminum housings, heavy-duty 5/16” alloy steel backing plates, advanced gaskets and seals to prevent leaks, and high-quality bearings for durability.

A frame stiffener is required to support the added lift and large tires, ensuring your RZR’s frame can handle the extra strain. Overall, these 8” GDP portals are designed for riders who want maximum height, strength, and mud-dominating performance.
