Wheel Requirements:
- 18” or larger wheel required
- 18” wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2” backspacing 
- 20” and larger wheels cannot exceed 5” backspacing
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1” wheel spacer

Dual idler gears spread the load across twice the surface area for smoother, more reliable torque transfer, and every gear is precision CNC-ground from 9310 steel alloy for unmatched strength. Whether you’re hitting high-speed trails, crawling through mud and rocks, or tackling massive tires, GDP portals are engineered to handle it all.
Portals also reduce stress on your drivetrain by placing the gear reduction in the hub instead of the transmission, which protects your axles, differential, prop shaft, and CVs while maintaining factory suspension geometry. The billet or cast housings are reinforced for gear retention and optimized for oil flow, and advanced 5/16” steel alloy backing plates give extreme durability. Add precision gaskets, double-lipped seals, and high-quality bearings, and you’ve got a portal system that’s built to last and perform under any conditions.
