Super ATV’s Gen 3 Portals for the Polaris RZR Pro XP are designed to give you maximum control and customization for any type of riding.
You can choose a 15% or 30% gear reduction to match your style - 15% for trails, dunes, and higher top speed, or 30% for big tires, deep mud, and maximum torque. For ultimate strength, you can opt for the Dual Idler® configuration, which spreads the load across two idler gears for the strongest, most reliable torque transfer. These gears are precision CNC-ground from tough 9310 steel alloy to ensure perfect meshing and long-lasting performance.
Beyond gear reduction, the Gen 3 portals protect your drivetrain by reducing stress on axles, differentials, driveshafts, and transmissions. The housings are stronger by design, made from either cast or USA-made 6061 billet aluminum, reinforced for gear retention and optimized for oil flow. Advanced gaskets, O-rings, and sealed bearings prevent leaks and premature wear.
Add a Super ATV Frame Stiffener to handle larger tires and extra torque safely. With optional Portal Blood gear oil and top-rated customer support, you can ride harder, go farther, and trust your portals to perform wherever the trail takes you.
