NOTE: Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1” wheel spacer.
The installation of SuperATV's 8" GDP Portal Gear Lift on your Polaris RZR PRO XP enhances its performance, providing increased torque, power, and the ability to accommodate larger mud-throwing tires. With either a 45% or 60% gear reduction, the gear lift ensures more ground clearance, enabling your vehicle to conquer challenging terrains and forge new trails.
GDP Portals are widely trusted, with numerous riders choosing them over other systems. The gear reduction in the portals protects the drivetrain by reducing stress on axles, differentials, prop shaft, and transmission. Using precision-ground 9310 alloy steel, the top-of-the-line gears are durable, quiet, and capable of handling intense usage.
The portal housings, available in cast aluminum or USA-made billet aluminum, are designed for maximum strength, featuring reinforcements in critical areas, improved oil flow, and gearing forces. The backing plates, constructed with a premium steel alloy, are 5/16" thick, ensuring durability under high-force applications.
Advanced gaskets and seals, whether for cast or billet housings, provide excellent oil resistance and prevent leaks. The output bearing is a double-angular contact bearing, designed to withstand heavy hits and bumps. The precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors offer efficient cooling and are compatible with various bolt patterns and lugs.
To accommodate the 8" GDP Portals, a frame stiffener is required to reinforce the RZR PRO XP's frame. SuperATV offers dedicated portal support for assistance, ensuring customers receive the perfect set of portals for their needs.
