The Rhino 2.0 Formula

We weren’t messing around when we set out to make the best axle in the industry, so we invested millions building our top of the line R&D lab. Through countless tests and prototypes, we settled on 3 main features to build Rhino 2.0: size, materials, and heat treatment. For size we made the CV cups, cage, and spider as large as possible. The axle shaft itself is 4mm larger than stock and doesn’t neck down like a stock shaft. That means more strength and higher operational angles. For materials we used 4340 Chromoly steel for the full CV joints and axle shaft to give for maximum strength. Finally, our heat treatment process has been carefully tweaked and tested to make our materials even stronger. Rhino 2.0 Axles are perfectly built and will stand up to any mud hole, bounty hill, or rock garden you ride through.
