An 8” GDP Portal Gear Lift transforms your Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000 into a high-clearance, high-torque machine built to conquer extreme terrain. With 45%, 60%, or 70% gear reductions built directly into the hubs, you get massive torque for turning big tires through deep mud and crawling over rocks with ease.

The optional dual idler gears - precision CNC-ground and made from tough 9210 steel alloy - improve torque transfer and durability, while also reducing stress on your axles, differential, prop shafts, and transmission by keeping the gear reduction out of the drivetrain.

These portals are engineered for strength from top to bottom, with reinforced cast or billet aluminum housings, 5/16” advanced steel alloy backing plates stronger than chromoly, and high-performance bearings for long-lasting reliability. Advanced gaskets, double-lipped seals, and full sealing coverage help prevent leaks and wear, ensuring smooth performance ride after ride.

Because this setup is built for extreme action, adding a heavy-duty frame stiffener is recommended to keep your machine strong and ready for whatever challenge comes next.
