The RCV CV prop shaft is designed to provide smoother operation and greater strength than traditional U-joint prop shafts.
Built with 4130 chromoly tubing and 300M CV components, it delivers the strength and durability needed for demanding applications. The prop shaft and components are fully sealed and rebuildable for long-lasting performance.
The RCV design uses three one-piece CV joints and an upgraded OEM-style bearing, eliminating concerns about U-joint phasing and carrier bearing failure. Traditional U-joints naturally oscillate during operation, which creates vibration and can lead to premature wear on bearings and output shafts.
By eliminating the U-joint, the RCV CV design provides smoother operation, reduced vibration, and improved drivetrain durability.
