RCV 2014-2023 Polaris RZR XP 1000 (4 Seater) Ultimate CV Prop Shaft
The RCV CV prop shaft is built for smoother, stronger, and more reliable performance than a traditional U-joint prop shaft.
Its three-CV design eliminates the vibration and phasing issues associated with U-joints, helping reduce wear on bearings and output shafts. The shaft features a new one-piece front and center flange/CV design for reduced maintenance, while the rear CV uses the proven bolt-in design with locking fasteners.
Built with 4130 chromoly tubing and 300M CV components, the RCV prop shaft is engineered for maximum strength and durability.
The entire shaft and CV components are sealed and rebuildable, while the upgraded OEM-style bearing provides reliable support without the common concerns associated with traditional carrier bearings.
