Materials and Construction
Built from high-strength steel tubing with precision welding, these steps are made for long-term durability. The robust construction supports daily use and rough terrain without compromising structural integrity.
A corrosion-resistant powder-coat finish adds extra resilience against the elements. It helps preserve appearance and performance through years of exposure to mud, moisture, and dust.
Design and Function
These steps serve two purposes: they provide a stable surface for entering and exiting the cab, and they help protect rocker panels, frame, and bodywork from rocks, brush, and obstacles.
The contoured shape follows the vehicle’s profile while maintaining full ground clearance. This ensures protection and styling without interfering with off-road capability.
Footing and Traction
Integrated step plates include drain holes that help clear water, mud, and debris. This design promotes secure footing in rain, snow, or dusty conditions.
Surface traction is engineered to remain reliable across changing environments. You can step in and out confidently regardless of weather or trail conditions.
Installation
Designed for straightforward bolt-on installation using existing factory mounting points. No drilling or welding is required.
Setup can be completed with basic hand tools. The design is made to fit securely and align precisely without extra modifications.
Protection and Utility
These steps help safeguard your UTV’s lower frame and plastics from impact and abrasion. They absorb and deflect trail hazards that might otherwise cause damage.
From hauling equipment to exploring backcountry routes, the steps add dependable utility. They combine protection, accessibility, and visual appeal in one upgrade.
Why It Stands Out
Unlike standard side steps that offer only accessibility, this design pairs secure entry with full side protection. It maximizes value by performing two essential roles without compromise.
Built with strong materials, a weather-resistant finish, and vehicle-specific fit, it balances durability, function, and appearance. It is engineered to match the Defender’s rugged capability and dependable performance.
