Upgrade your Polaris RZR XP/S 1000 with HMF Racing Titan Series or Performance Series Exhaust Systems, designed to deliver increased horsepower, improved torque, and a deeper, more aggressive exhaust sound.
The Titan Series is available in Slip-On and Dual Full System configurations, featuring durable stainless steel construction, while the Performance Series Dual Full System combines stainless steel head pipes with powder-coated aluminum mufflers available in nine colors and five end-cap styles.
With proper tuning, both dual full systems deliver claimed gains of 9–11 horsepower and 5–7 ft-lbs of torque at the wheels, while the Titan Slip-On offers gains of 8–10 horsepower and 5–6 ft-lbs. All systems include a spark arrester, and optional Quiet Core Inserts reduce sound levels by approximately 2–4 dB.
Important Fitment Information: The Titan Series systems install without cutting plastic, although trimming is optional for a cleaner, more streamlined appearance. The Performance Series Dual Full System requires permanent cutting of the factory plastic for proper installation.
Both Titan configurations are available in Loud (XL) and Quiet (QS) options, while the Performance Series offers multiple color and end-cap combinations to customize your RZR. Performance gains depend on proper tuning and vehicle setup.
