HCR's proprietary billet, slot and tab design with honeycomb boxed arms is engineered to withstand the toughest off-road riding demands while delivering an optimal blend of strength and appeal. Every external weld incorporates an internal plate for superior durability. Unlike cost-effective tube ends for ball joints, these kits use a 4130 heat treated billet end that securely attaches plating, eliminating weak points.

Crafted from a custom alloy 30% stronger in tensile and yield strength than 4130 Series chromoly, this material undergoes advanced processing for enhanced wear resistance and long-lasting strength.
