The EVP Rising Rate Fuel Pump Kit for the Polaris RZR Pro R is a purpose-built fuel system designed for high-horsepower applications.
Unlike modified OEM solutions, this engineered system is built to support 550+ wheel horsepower on E85, making it ideal for aggressive builds, forced induction setups, and ethanol-based fuels while maintaining reliable performance and drivability.
At the heart of the system is a fully integrated billet aluminum fuel hat with OEM-style Venturi functionality, designed to keep the surge tank consistently supplied with fuel during hard acceleration and even with fuel levels as low as 1/4 tank.
By integrating the Venturi system directly into the fuel hat, the design reduces complexity, eliminates common failure points, and provides cleaner installation, improved durability, and consistent fuel delivery when it matters most.
