Baja Designs | Universal Light Pod Lens Kit - XL
The Baja Designs XL Series Lens Kit is an easy way to replace old or damaged lenses without voiding your light’s warranty.
It’s designed to fit XL Sport, XL Pro, XL Racer, and XL80 auxiliary lights, making it a simple upgrade or replacement option.
You can choose from clear, Baja amber, or factory amber lenses to match your driving conditions. Clear lenses work well for most situations, while amber lenses are ideal for dust, fog, rain, or snow, helping reduce glare and improve visibility.
With three lens colors and five beam patterns available, it’s easy to customize your lighting setup to fit your needs.
Lens Pattern:
- Spot: A narrow 9-degree beam that shines far down the trail or road. Best used with other lights to cover closer areas.
- Driving Combo: A mix of spot (distance) and wide (near field) lighting in one beam. Great all-around option for both close and far visibility.
- Wide Cornering: A wide 42-degree beam that improves side visibility and reduces blind spots. Ideal for corners, trails, and poor conditions like dust, fog, rain, or snow.
- Work/Scene: A broad, even beam that lights up a large area. Perfect for campsites, job sites, or general work use.
- Trail Lens (XL80 only): Designed for trail riding at lower speeds, this lens spreads light to the sides and near field, helping you see better through tight turns and technical terrain.
Lens Colors:
- Clear: Produces a bright, daylight-like beam (5000K) that reduces eye fatigue and makes it easier to see terrain details. Best for general use.
- Baja Amber: Designed for tough conditions like dust, fog, rain, or snow. It cuts glare and improves visibility when conditions are poor.
- Factory Amber: Matches the look of OEM running lights and works well in low-visibility conditions by improving depth perception and reducing glare.
