Transform your Polaris RZR 800 into a more capable, high-performance machine with Super ATV’s 5” Long Travel Suspension Kit.
This upgrade widens your suspension by 10” (60” total) and adds high-clearance front and rear A-arms for better ground clearance, giving you a smooth, stable ride over rough terrain, jumps, and hills. You can choose optional 1.5” front and rear offsets for extra stability, and with 12” of wheel travel and ground clearance, you’ll have the control and performance to tackle any trail.
The kit comes complete with everything you need to rebuild your suspension - A-Arms, tie rods, swaybar links, sway bar, and Rhino brand axles made from heavy-duty 4340 chromoly steel. Rhino axles eliminate break-in time and provide higher articulation angles for off-road flexibility. For even more strength, upgrade to Rhino 2.0 Axles with oversized CVs and beefier shafts for 40°+ articulation and nearly double the strength of stock components, all backed by an 18-month warranty.
Installation is straightforward, so you can get rolling faster and enjoy maximum performance on every ride.
