Wheel Requirements: - 18” or larger wheel required
- Wheels cannot exceed 5” backspacing
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1” wheel spacer
Gen 3 GDP Portals take your Polaris Ranger XP 570 to the next level. Choose from 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reductions and add dual idlers for extra strength, giving you the torque and control you need for bigger tires and tougher trails.
Unlike other portal kits, GDP portals are built with precision CNC-machined 9310 steel gears, reinforced cast and billet aluminum housings, and advanced steel backing plates for unbeatable durability. By putting the gear reduction right in the hub, GDP portals reduce stress on your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission—so your drivetrain lasts longer while you ride harder.
Dual Idler technology spreads the load over two idler gears for smoother, stronger torque transfer, and advanced gaskets, seals, and bearings prevent leaks and premature wear. Reinforced housings and optimized oil flow keep everything running perfectly, and optional Portal Blood gear oil gives extra protection. For big lifts and bigger tires, pair your GDP portal kit with a Super ATV Frame Stiffener for added chassis strength.
