Your Polaris Ranger XD 1500 isn’t a true mud monster until it has SuperATV’s 6” Lift Kit Installed. It gives you 22” of ground clearance, widens your stance by 9”, and lets you run up to 39” tires. It’s built tough using our Atlas Pro 1.5” Forward Offset A-Arms, so it’s made to handle the kind of abuse you like to dish out. You get more clearance, more width, more capability—basically, more fun every time you hit the trail.
Atlas Pro A-Arms for the Win
We wanted to take our Polaris Ranger XD 1500 6” Lift Kit to the next level by using our Atlas Pro A-Arms. They’re built with ultra-strong DOM tubing. The main tubes are 1.5” x .25” while the support tubes are 1.5” x .13”, making them way bigger than stock. We’re the only people that use a 1.5” diameter with a .25” wall steel. These arms can take a serious beating without bending or breaking. Plus, we added our self-lubricating UHMW bushings for a smooth, quiet ride.
Feels like Stock
Its important that your machine maintains it’s smooth ride—so we designed our Polaris Ranger XD 1500 6” Lift Kit to keep it that way. The shocks and brackets are set up at just the right angles to keep everything working together the way it was meant to. You won’t see much of a change in your turning radius either, so your ride still feels easy and natural to handle.
Industry-Leading Rhino 2.0 Axles
We can’t give you the ultimate lift kit without giving you our industry-leading Rhino 2.0 Axles. They’re built using hardened 4340 chromoly steel and beefed-up CV joints, so they’re twice as strong as stock. We designed them to handle extreme 40° suspension angles without overheating. There’s no break-in period needed—just install and ride hard. To top it off, they’re backed by an 18-month warranty.

Get back in your Ranger XD 1500 sooner when you order our lift kit with the ball joints preinstalled. You’ll save money and time on removing your old, worn ball joints.
Heavy-Duty Ball Joints
Our heavy-duty ball joints are built to handle whatever you throw at them. They’re made from super-strong 4340 VAR steel and are zinc-plated to stand up to wear and tear. They’re adjustable and have easy-access grease zerks, so they’re easy to maintain. They can withstand twice the force of a stock ball joint.
Super Duty 300M Ball Joints
We used ultra-tough 300M grade steel and paired it with precision engineering to build one of the strongest ball joints on the market. They feature an adjustable steel-on-steel design and easy to reach grease zerk for quick maintenance. And with strength rated at 2.25 times stronger than stock—they’re built to outperform and outlast.
