Turn your Polaris Ranger XD 1500 into a serious trail machine with Super ATV’s 6" Lift Kit.
It gives you 22" of ground clearance, adds 9" of width, and lets you run up to 39" tires for more capability in mud and rough terrain. The kit includes heavy-duty Atlas Pro A-Arms made from oversized DOM tubing, along with self-lubricating UHMW bushings for a smooth, quiet ride. The suspension geometry is designed to maintain a near-stock feel and turning radius, so you get more clearance without sacrificing handling.
The kit also includes Rhino 2.0 Axles made from hardened 4340 chromoly steel with reinforced CV joints, built to handle extreme 40° suspension angles and twice the strength of stock axles.
For an easier installation, you can order the kit with preassembled ball joints, saving you time and the hassle of removing your old ones. An 18-month warranty backs the Rhino 2.0 Axles for added confidence.

- Heavy-Duty Ball Joints: Made from 4340 VAR steel with a zinc-plated finish for durability. Adjustable, greaseable, and rated to withstand 2x the force of stock ball joints.
- Super Duty 300M Ball Joints: Built from ultra-strong 300M steel with an adjustable steel-on-steel design and easy-access grease zerk. Rated at 2.25x stronger than stock for maximum durability.
- Keller Ball Joints: Two-piece design threads directly onto your A-arms, eliminating the need for a snap ring. Made with a chromoly steel stud and tool-steel body, they’re greaseable, rebuildable, and built for larger machines, bigger tires, and heavier use.
