Super ATV’s Gen 3 GDP 4” Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris Ranger Full-Size 800 is truly geared for all kinds of riding and work.
With your choice of 15% or 30% gear reduction and either cast or billet aluminum housings, you can tailor your setup to how you use your machine. A 30% reduction delivers massive torque for mud and rock crawling, letting you run bigger tires and power through the toughest terrain. A 15% reduction is ideal for farming and trail riding, giving you extra clearance and pulling power while still maintaining the speed you need between jobs or down the trail.
These portals are built to last, inside and out. Precision-ground gears made from high-strength 9310 billet steel stay cool, quiet, and durable even under hard riding. The housings - available in cast or USA-made CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum - are reinforced where it matters most, engineered for proper oil flow, and designed without unnecessary vents to prevent leaks and failures.
Advanced gaskets, sealed input gears, and double-lipped output seals provide complete oil containment, so you can ride or work harder without worrying about reliability.
