The factory intercooler on your supercharged Kawasaki H2 simply can't keep up when you're pushing it hard in the dunes, desert heat, or aggressive riding. Rising intake air temperatures force the ECU to pull power and timing to protect the engine, robbing you of the performance you crave exactly when you need it most.
Our Stage 2 Big Core Intercooler Kit takes charge air cooling to the next level. It combines a significantly larger high efficiency aluminum bar and plate core with our proven 10" RPM Brushless Fan and fully Sealed Shroud for dramatically lower and more stable IATs under demanding conditions.
We engineered a massive aluminum bar and plate core with dimensions of 12" Wide x 11" Tall x 4" Deep delivering a 62% increase in core volume over stock. This extra volume pulls substantially more heat out of the compressed charge air, reducing heat soak and allowing your H2 to hold strong, consistent power even during extended hard use in the hottest of conditions.
Paired with our efficient 10" 10 blade brushless fan (drawing only ~6 amps at 13.5V), the kit delivers significantly more airflow than the factory 9" brushed fan while placing far less strain on your electrical system. The custom sealed shroud uses premium EPDM foam seals to create an airtight seal around the core, completely eliminating the stock shroud's problematic air leaks. Unlike the OEM setup, which isn't sealed and allows air to pass through the fan from under the intercooler and between the shroud instead of being forced through the core, our design ensures 100% of the airflow goes through the big core for maximum cooling efficiency.
After cooling the charge air, the increased volume of air is pushed directly across the top of the engine, providing additional cooling to help the engine itself run noticeably cooler during aggressive riding.
The kit utilizes your factory or RPM SxS silicone charge tubes for a true bolt on upgrade. Installation is straightforward with plug & play fan wiring using the factory intercooler plugs, no major modifications required, and all hardware, wire clamps, and seals included. A built in soft ramp power supply starts the fan gently at low amperage and smoothly but quickly ramps up, eliminating harsh spikes and reducing load on your charging system.
This Stage 2 kit builds perfectly on our Stage 1 Brushless Fan & Sealed Shroud foundation, giving you serious cooling gains when you're ready for more than just the fan upgrade.
