RPM Kawasaki Teryx H2 Stage 2 Big Core Intercooler, Brushless Fan & Sealed Shroud Kit
Take your Kawasaki H2’s intercooler cooling to the next level with the RPM Stage 2 Big Core Intercooler Kit.
Designed for hard riding in the dunes, desert heat, and other demanding conditions, this kit combines a large 12" x 11" x 4" aluminum bar-and-plate core with a 10-inch, 10-blade RPM brushless fan and fully sealed shroud. The larger core provides a 62% increase in core volume over stock, helping reduce heat soak and keep intake air temperatures lower and more consistent during extended hard use.
The brushless fan draws only about 6 amps at 13.5V while providing significantly more airflow than the factory fan, reducing strain on your charging system. The custom shroud uses EPDM foam seals to eliminate air leaks and force 100% of the fan’s airflow through the intercooler for maximum cooling efficiency.
After passing through the core, the increased airflow also helps cool the top of the engine. Installation is a straightforward bolt-on upgrade that works with factory or RPM SxS silicone charge tubes and uses the factory intercooler plugs for plug-and-play fan wiring.
All hardware, clamps, and seals are included, with a soft-ramp power system that reduces amperage spikes.
The results are dramatic:
