Upgrade your Kawasaki H2’s intercooler cooling with the RPM Stage 1 Brushless Intercooler Fan and Custom Sealed Shroud.
Designed for hard riding in the dunes, desert heat, and other demanding conditions, the 10-inch, 10-blade brushless fan flows up to 1,250 CFM - about 20% more airflow than the stock 9-inch fan - while drawing only 6 amps at 13.5V for improved electrical efficiency and less strain on the charging system. The increased airflow helps lower intake air temperatures and keeps the engine running cooler during extended, aggressive riding.
The custom shroud uses EPDM foam seals to create an airtight connection to the factory intercooler, forcing the fan’s airflow directly through the intercooler instead of allowing air to escape around the edges. After passing through the intercooler, the additional airflow also helps cool the top of the engine. Installation is true plug-and-play, using the factory intercooler connectors with no modifications required.
A soft-ramp power system gradually increases fan speed to reduce amperage spikes, while all necessary hardware, wire clamps, and seals are included.
