Moose Offroad Universal Muffler Core Sleeve (15" / 19") is a high‑temperature, dual‑length solution that protects the core tube and improves sound and performance consistency on many off‑road exhaust systems. The two‑layer stainless‑wire and stainless‑wool sleeve sits between the packing and the core, reducing direct fiber contact and extending the life of each repack.
This universal core‑sleeve set is offered in both 15" and 19" lengths, designed to fit muffler cores from about 1.75" to 2.125" outside diameter. The sleeve can be trimmed with scissors for mufflers shorter than the full length, making it suitable for a wide range of dirt bikes, ATVs, and UTVs. Used with glass or competition‑grade muffler packing, it helps maintain smoother, more predictable exhaust flow and quieter operation over time.
