Moose Offroad’s Universal Competition Pillow Packing – 16" / 19" is a high‑performance muffler‑repack solution designed to keep off‑road machines running strong while making servicing faster and cleaner. The pillow‑style core simplifies stuffing the muffler, reduces installation time, and delivers noticeably longer life compared with traditional glass‑mat packing.
This universal competition‑grade pillow packing is engineered for extreme‑duty off‑road and motocross applications, resisting breakdown at elevated exhaust temperatures. The pre‑compressed pillow can be trimmed to length to fit a wide range of 2‑stroke and 4‑stroke mufflers up to roughly 20" in shell length, giving mechanics a versatile, one‑size solution for most competition and trail builds.

- Designed to pack all mufflers with core diameters between 1-3/4" - 2-1/4" and shell circumferences between 12" and 13-1/2"
- Measure the distance around the outside of the muffler's shell to determine its circumference
- If the muffler has been modified from the original length and falls between lengths available, order the next longest cartridge available for your muffler
