Built following the trusted design of HCR’s proven Dual-Sport Kit, the re-designed Elite series suspension kit is engineered for serious dune enthusiasts who demand additional strength without added weight. Crafted from a proprietary alloy boasting 30% greater tensile and yield strength than 4130 Series chromoly, this kit is hardened through multiple processes for superior wear resistance and durability.

Every external weld incorporates an internal plate for reinforced strength, while the 4130 heat-treated billet ends eliminate weak points by attaching all plating to the billet itself. Available with both ball joint and uniball billet applications for tailored performance.

Fitment

Notes

You will re-use OEM ball joints in the front A-arms unless ordering OEM equivalents or the spherical bearing upgrade. This kit does not include A-arm mounting bolts/nuts, trailing arm radial bearings, mounting bolts (except shock bolts), sway bar, or hardware. Radius links are sold separately. Minor relief cutting is needed.
