Following the design of HCR's proven Dual-Sport Kit, the re-designed Elite series has been crafted for serious dune enthusiasts seeking additional strength without added weight. This proprietary design lightens the product without compromise. The alloy used is 30% stronger in tensile and yield strength compared to 4130 Series chromoly, hardened for superior wear resistance and overall strength.

Every external weld integrates an internal plate for added durability. Unlike cost-effective tube ends for ball joints, all HCR kits use 4130 heat-treated billet ends that attach plating directly, eliminating weak points. Billets are available in both ball joint and uniball applications.

Notes

OEM ball joints are reused in the front A-arms unless you order OEM equivalents or the spherical bearing upgrade. A-arm mounting bolts and nuts are not included.
