Fits Polaris RZR XPS and XPS 4
These hitch receivers are designed as direct bolt-in replacements and are laser-cut to extremely tight tolerances. The mounting holes are intentionally sized for a precise, interference fit to ensure perfect alignment and maximum strength under load.
After the powder-coating process, a very thin layer of coating may remain inside the holes. This is normal and expected. You may need to run a drill bit through the holes or use an impact driver to push the factory bolts through the first time. Once the bolts are seated, the coating wears enough for future removals and reinstalls to be easy.
