EVP DISCLAIMER: The 2024 X3 Turbo RR MG1C ECU Unlock & Flash Service requires you to remove and send your ECU to EVP at 2018 State Road 35, Somerset, WI 54025.
Complete the ECU Submission Form and include it with your ECU. (Call to be emailed a Submission fom) The MG1 unlock takes approximately 10 business days after EVP receives the ECU, so plan for about one week without your ECU, including shipping. During holidays or promotional periods, allow 10–14 business days. You are responsible for shipping the ECU to EVP, and U.S. ECUs are returned via UPS Ground.
Remove the ECU mounting brackets before shipping.
Once EVP completes the MG1 ECU Unlock, you will not need to send the ECU back for future tuning updates. Future changes can be made using an EVP CodeShooter or Maptuner device.
EVP offers both the proven Maptuner X and the newer Maptuner Nano, a Bluetooth, app-based flashing device compatible with Android 10+ and iOS 12+. 2024 X3 Turbo RR tuning is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
