This windshield is made from 1/8" 5052 laser-cut aluminum, with bent sides for added strength and a custom look.
The frame has built-in knockouts designed to work with the Polaris Poly Sport Roof with Lock & Ride clamps, as well as the Polaris aluminum roof with the light bar pocket. It features AS1 tinted laminated safety glass with a D.O.T. stamp, 3M weather stripping for a weather-tight seal and to prevent metal-on-metal contact, and a powder-coated frame and vent sliders with several color combinations available.
The extra-wide viewing area provides more glass and less frame for better visibility, while the custom vents are designed for maximum airflow. The frame is fully supported by the cage and built to handle very hard riding conditions.
The windshield is compatible with the bent-metal, top-mounted electric wiper kit, which can be added later without drilling or cutting.
The complete wiper kit includes a 2-speed waterproof electric motor, wiring harness, rocker switch, wiper arm, and wiper blade, with the motor providing 172° of sweep.
NOTE:
- The kit does NOT include a washer-fluid spray bottle
- The kit will NOT work with the Polaris light-pocket roof
