This windshield is made from 1/8" 5052 laser-cut aluminum, with bent sides for added strength and a custom look.
The frame is fully supported by the cage and built to handle very hard riding conditions. AS1 tinted laminated safety glass with a D.O.T. stamp provides a clear, durable viewing area, while the extra-wide design gives you more glass and less frame for better visibility. 3M weather stripping around the inner edge creates a tight seal and prevents metal-to-metal contact.
The frame and vent sliders are powder coated, with several color combinations available. The custom vent design provides maximum airflow, helping keep the cab comfortable while riding.
