The XTC Power Products 6-Switch Power Control System (PCS-64) for the Polaris XPEDITION makes wiring multiple UTV accessories simple and clean.
It’s designed specifically for easy installation, with a vehicle-specific power connector and a 6-switch rocker harness that fits the factory pre-cut switch locations in the center dash. The system includes 1 × 30-amp and 3 × 20-amp relay-protected circuits, plus 2 × 10-amp direct-wire circuits for lower-power accessories such as rock lights and whip lights. Diode protection helps reduce voltage spikes and protect sensitive LED accessories.
A built-in fuse block, 8-gauge power cable, and fuses are included, and a 50-amp circuit breaker at the battery safely supplies power to the system.The PCS-64 also features a professional barrier-strip design, making connections easy to organize, troubleshoot, and expand later. Each connection point uses a color-coded wire that corresponds with the fuse box and switches.
The modular power connector plugs into the vehicle’s ignition power, allowing the lower LED on compatible custom rocker switches to illuminate when the ignition is on, while the upper LED lights when the switch is activated. The system can still operate with the ignition power off. Made in America and Wired For Fun!
