Turnkey UTV Maverick X3 HD Tie Rods are a significant upgrade over the stock Tie Rod from Can-Am. With the Turnkey UTV HD Tie Rods you re-use your oem inner and outer joints but you replace the skinny tie rod with a beefier 1-1/4" version.
The Maverick X3 is simply too powerful of a machine to have the factory tie rods that narrow. There is too much torque and too much stress on the factory rods and they tend to be prone to bending. Eliminate the risk of a bent tie rod the the HD upgrade from Turnkey.
