Offering enhanced suspension geometry, increased tire clearance, and improved ride quality, this kit is ideal for tackling extreme trails. It ensures strength, style, and an outstanding ride, making it the perfect choice to take your off-road adventures to the next level.
Introducing the Complete Axle Replacement kit, designed for easy installation with fully assembled Cobra Axle replacement axles featuring inner and outer CVs. The Rzeppa style CVs allow for high angles, free articulation without binding, and extended reach compared to stock axles. The kit comes in two options:
Cobra HD: Features oversized components with a proprietary material combination, providing a well-balanced and cost-effective axle. It includes Rzeppa style CVs for high angles, free articulation, and extended reach. High-quality CV boots are used to maintain durability.
King Cobra (The Best of the BEST): Made with American components using High Strength Steel and equipped with high-performance CV grease "VENOM." The Rzeppa style CVs achieve high angles, free articulation without binding, and extended reach. The shaft allows for significant twist both before and after the yield point, absorbing high impacts to keep you on the trail. The kit also includes top-notch CV boots for protection against the elements.
For an easy and hassle-free installation, we offer professionally installed bushings and ball joints. With our precision press operation, we ensure that these components are correctly installed, avoiding any potential reduction in quality or lifespan caused by improper pressing or hammering. Our patent-pending control arm design allows for the use of a uniball bearing, replacing the top ball joint for extreme performance and strength, commonly used in rigorous racing conditions. Additionally, you have the option to reuse your OEM bushings and ball joints with our control arms, providing flexibility for those with new or well-maintained Ranger 1500 XD vehicles. Professional installation and the use of a press are recommended for removing and installing original equipment without damage.
