Wheel Requirements:
- 18” or larger wheel required
- 18” wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2” backspacing
- 20” and larger wheels cannot exceed 5” backspacing
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1” wheel spacer
Super ATV’s GDP 6” Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR XP 900 gives you both a 6-inch lift and built-in gear reduction in one hub-mounted system. Because the lift and gearing are in the hub, it keeps your suspension geometry intact while reducing stress on the drivetrain.
You can choose between a 30% or 45% gear reduction depending on how you ride, plus select either a cast or USA-made billet aluminum housing. The 45% reduction is ideal for extreme mud and rock crawling, delivering massive torque to turn huge tires with ease. The 30% option offers a great balance of power and speed, making it versatile for trails, hills, mud, and road riding.
These portals are built tough, using precision-ground 9310 billet steel alloy gears for strength, durability, and quiet performance at high speeds. The housings are reinforced for maximum strength and optimized oil flow, with no unnecessary vents that could cause damage. Advanced gaskets and seals provide full oil protection, helping prevent leaks and extend lifespan.
