Super ATV’s 3” long travel kit for the Polaris RZR XP 1000 is built for unmatched stability, performance, and durability - plus it looks incredible.
Years of engineering went into this kit, which features chromoly tubed A-Arms, a dual-bend design for extra clearance, and 25% larger tubing. The result? 2” more ground clearance over stock so you can power over obstacles that would have stopped you before. Each arm is hand-welded and made from a precise blend of materials for maximum strength and reliability.
The kit’s threaded ball joints are 3x stronger than stock, made from heavy-duty 4340 steel with a stud design that avoids tapering like OEM joints. They thread easily into the A-arms without a press, using M38 threads secured with loc-tite and a snap ring for extreme durability. Built from high-strength chromoly steel, the arms are backed by Super ATV’s lifetime warranty. The kit also includes Rhino 2.0 Axles, made from hardened 4340 chromoly and designed for 40°+ suspension angles.
Twice as strong as stock, they’re ready to go right out of the box with no break-in required and an 18-month warranty. With this long travel kit, your RZR is ready to tackle the toughest trails with confidence.
